We know what works and how to get the job done. Our experienced technicians mentor our younger apprentices by sharing their experiences, knowledge and lessons learned.

It was a passion to provide better customer service and improved asset reliability that led to the founding of Titanium by Paul Jowett in 2014.

Providing you with the best customer experience is a value shared by all our team members. It’s the reason we’ve been able to consistently grow our business – one customer at a time.

Management Team


Paul Jowett

General Manager

Paul, founder of Titanium Services Group, has 28 years’ experience in the electrical industry.

His management philosophy is if you get the right people with a desire to exceed customer expectations - then you will be successful.

Julie Unwin

Administration Manager

Julie is process driven and has over 27 years’ experience in administration. She is responsible for ensuring our customers receive timely and consistent information, including reports and compliance documentation.

Julie develops, and improves, all our internal processes and procedures.

Todd Winters

Field Operations Manager

Todd, who manages our technicians and apprentices, is a ‘hands on’ operator. You will often find him on site helping his team deliver new technologies and systems that save you money.

Todd has 27 years’ experience in the electrical industry and holds an MBA from University of Western Sydney.

David Willard

Senior Account / WH&S Manager

With over 39 years’ experience in the electrical industry, David is highly respected by customers and colleagues.

His depth of experience means David brings a practical and best practice approach to managing our WH&S systems.

Matthew Arnold

Account Manager - Data Centres

Matt began his career as an electrician 25 years ago. He’s highly regarded by his customers for his ‘tell it like it is’ manner.

Matt specialises in critical environments, including UPS, backup power and control systems.

Alan Unwin

Account Manager – Backup Power Generators

Alan, with 30 years’ experience, is a licenced diesel mechanic and heavy industry boilermaker.

His mechanical and metal fabrication experience allows us to offer customers turnkey installation and maintenance solutions.

Community Support


We are the Gold Sponsor of the annual HeartKids Fundraiser Dinner in Sydney.

Every August the charity organises a fundraiser with dinner, music, dancing and a silent auction to raise money for the 64,000 Australian children born with heart disease. We invite over 70 staff and customers to attend this enjoyable evening.

As a family oriented team, we feel it’s important to help HeartKid families going through a tough time.
